A more simple design than many, the oxford classic bed features the usual relyon characteristics of fine crafting and attention to detail. With its tall headboard and high quality castors it is elegant and practical.This bed has a beautiful antique finish which is available in brass or silver. This is achieved through a painstaking hand polishing process. All the beds tubing and details are darkened, then some areas are polished to a high shine whilst others are left dull, simulating the appearance of antique furniture.This bed is available in three sizes and with two base options. Relyon's standard integral slats are sprung beech slats, which are arc shaped and so respond to the weight above, resisting mattress sagging and therefore increasing comfort. These self assembly slats need to be individually locked into place when assembling the frame.Please note the mattress is not included with this bed.
